Leaving, Pacing, and

I feel like this is the third in a series of my dance film journal entries... 1) Leaving 2) Pacing 3) this

It's one of my last Sundays here before I move to Philly, so I figured I would take advantage of the big back yard and bearable temperatures. I've been in a beautiful air conditioned studio for the past 4 weeks, but this environment felt like a nice change.

As usual, it's all improv. I was mostly thinking about traveling, playing with body halves, and building my own frames.. trying to change up my usual flow a little. Not sure how I feel about the music.. I knew that I didn't want anything lyrical. The song is called "The Proxy" and it's by RJD2. I'm pretty sure I snagged it from a friend in Italy just over a year ago..

I'm a fan of the ferns and the pink flower.

Right after I finished filming my dad informed me that we have a tripod... next time!
